Although generally colorfast, quilts should be washed in cold water, by hand or in a front-load washer. Line dry.
Fancy Quilts are our modern take on traditional village design. These quilts are made by a select group of women who have been specially trained by our visiting quilt-making master, can include intricate piece-work, fancy stitching, printed cloth cut-up, or even our favorite appliqued animals. Fancy Quilts are thick and soft, and made from 100% cotton fabric. Each quilt is reversible and, because it’s so beautiful - has a row of loops along one side in case you’d like to hang it on the wall. Like all of our quilts, each Fancy Quilt is unique and every stitch, perfect or flawed, is made with love.
100% of the proceeds from the purchase of a Fancy Quilt goes to supporting the education of a child in need.
